Scrylist is operated by Foundry XD LLC. Questions and deletion requests: hello@scrylist.app.
Sign-in is Google only, through Firebase Authentication. Google gives us your account identifier, email address, display name, and profile photo URL. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Photos you take or select are stored in Firebase Storage under your own account folder. The item records they produce, title, category, brand, condition, attributes, description, price, market price, comparable sales, quantity, storage slot, and status, are stored in Firestore under your account.
Photos are sent to Google Gemini to identify the item, grade its condition, and, on the Pro plan, produce a cleaned-up listing photo. Item titles and barcodes are sent to public price sources to look up a price: the Pokemon TCG API, Scryfall, TCGdex, and the eBay Browse API.
If you connect eBay, we store the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued to us and your eBay user identifier, so we can create listings and read your orders on your behalf. If you pair the browser extension, we store a random pairing token that identifies your account to it. You can revoke either from Settings.
Your storefront at scrylist.app/s/<handle> is public. Items you list to it, their photos, titles, descriptions, prices, and the contact email you set for the storefront, are visible to anyone with the link and to search engines. Nothing else in your account is public.
We count the scans your account has used to enforce the free plan limit, and record which plan you are on. There is no analytics service, no advertising, and no tracking cookie on this site. Firebase Authentication sets the session storage the sign-in needs.
Google (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Gemini) and Vercel (hosting). Marketplaces you connect receive the listing data you send them, under their own terms.
Your data stays until you delete it or ask us to. Deleting an item removes its record. Email hello@scrylist.app to delete the account and everything under it, including uploaded photos and stored marketplace tokens. We act within 30 days.
