Scrylist is operated by Foundry XD LLC. It identifies and prices items from photographs, publishes them to a hosted storefront and to marketplaces you connect, and withdraws them from the others when one sells. Using it means you accept these terms.
You need a Google account to sign in, and you must be old enough to form a contract where you live. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the marketplace credentials you connect to it.
Free covers 50 scans and the hosted storefront. Pro is $24 per month for unlimited scans and every market as it lands. Paid plans are not open yet, so no charge is possible today. When they open, the current price and billing terms will be shown before you subscribe.
Your photos and listings stay yours. You give us the permission we need to store them, send them to the AI and pricing services named in the privacy page, publish them on your storefront, and transmit them to the marketplaces you connect. You confirm you have the right to sell the items and to use the photographs.
Each marketplace has its own terms and you remain bound by them. Poshmark prohibits automated activity, and repeated relisting inside its stated window can get an account suspended. Scrylist does not relist on a timer, and you must not use it to work around a marketplace rule.
Do not upload content you have no right to, list prohibited or counterfeit goods, attack or overload the service, or resell access to it.
Identifications, condition grades, and prices are machine estimates from photographs and public sold data. They are often wrong. Review every listing before it publishes. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you sell.
The service is provided as is, with no warranty. Marketplace APIs and price sources go down, change, and revoke access without notice. To the extent the law allows, Foundry XD LLC is not liable for lost sales, lost data, or indirect damages.
You can stop and request deletion at any time by emailing hello@scrylist.app. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or a marketplace rule.
Material changes appear on this page with a new date. Continued use after that is acceptance.
